Clinic Assistant

Job Description

Assist doctors and clinic staff in serving and providing patient care for all clinical general duties as assigned.
Perform other administrative duties of the clinic, ensure patient records are maintained and updated accordingly.
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Branch Manager and doctor(s).
Dispense drugs as prescribed by the doctors, ensuring the right drugs and dosage are given out with correct instructions to the patients.

Registered OT Nurse

Job Description

Assist in preparing the operating room for surgery, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilised and ready.
Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and maintaining patient comfort.
Work alongside surgeons during procedures, handling instruments and ensuring a sterile field is maintained.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations and assist in any emergency situations that may arise.
Perform other related duties as directed by the Branch Manager and doctor(s).

Medical Assistant

Job Description

Assist doctors in performing clinical procedures and patient examinations, ensuring all instruments and equipment are ready and available.
Prepare patients for medical examinations and assist with taking and recording vitals and other health information as directed.
Administer injections, dress wounds, and conduct other medical tasks under the direct supervision of the doctor.
Support doctors during minor surgical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and proper care.
Conduct health screenings and basic tests, reporting results to doctors for further evaluation.

Registered Endoscopy Nurse

Job Description

Assist doctors during endoscopy procedures, ensuring that all equipment is properly prepared and sterilised.
Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs before, during, and after the procedure.
Clean and maintain endoscopic equipment, ensuring it is ready for use in subsequent procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with the administrative tasks associated with endoscopy procedures.
Collaborate with the endoscopy team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow in the endoscopy suite.

Radiographer & Sonographer

Job Description

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, ultrasounds, and other radiological exams in a safe and accurate manner.
Ensure patients are positioned correctly for imaging, providing clear instructions and explaining the process to alleviate any concerns.
Review and analyse images to ensure they are of high quality and suitable for diagnosis.
Maintain imaging equipment, ensuring that it operates efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to healthcare regulations and privacy standards.

Communications Interns

Job Description

Assist in the creation of traditional and digital marketing content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials such as in-clinic brochures.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to help guide marketing strategies.
